4 Worldwide delivery

We offer worldwide shipping to destinations that can legally and practically be served. Availability may be affected by postal restrictions, sanctions, customs prohibitions, security conditions or suspension of the relevant delivery service. Where a restriction is known, the destination is excluded from checkout or handled by individual enquiry before payment.

Prints are dispatched from Slovakia, normally through Slovak Post. Preparation takes up to 7 business days. Estimated transit is up to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Unless a different delivery deadline is expressly agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after conclusion of the contract. Estimates do not remove your rights if delivery is late.

S and M prints are protected in a sleeve and protective envelope; L and XL prints are protected in a sleeve and a sturdy tube. Original artworks require individually agreed protective packaging and insured transport. We email dispatch details and tracking information where the service provides tracking.

Import duties, destination taxes and customs handling charges outside the EU are not included unless expressly stated. They are payable by the recipient where lawfully due; their nature and, where known, amount are disclosed before the order. We will not misstate the value or mark purchased goods as gifts to avoid customs obligations.

The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or your designated recipient physically receives the goods. A statutory exception may apply if you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Please report visible damage promptly and, where possible, provide photographs within 48 hours. This request does not shorten legal deadlines or remove your rights.

5 Delivery problems and cancellation

If a legal prohibition, suspension of delivery services or another objectively unavoidable obstacle prevents delivery, we will notify you promptly, explain the reason and seek a reasonable alternative or a new delivery date with your express agreement. We will not charge additional shipping costs or substitute an artwork without your agreement.

Before accepting an order, we may decline it if delivery cannot be arranged. After acceptance, cancellation is permitted only on a lawful ground, including genuine impossibility of performance, or by agreement with you. A mere increase in our shipping costs or a temporary delay does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel.

If the affected order is cancelled, we will refund all amounts you paid to us for it, including any delivery charge, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after cancellation. The refund uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no charge to you. Card-processing fees will not be deducted. This does not exclude any further mandatory claim.

If only part of an order is affected, we will agree the treatment of the remaining goods and any associated delivery costs with you; we will not force a partial substitute on you. If delivery is overdue, you retain the right to set an appropriate additional deadline and then withdraw, or to withdraw immediately where the law permits, including refusal to deliver or an agreed essential delivery date.
