Who is responsible
Know-how, n.o., Hviezdoslavova 7, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia (Company ID 37887645) is the controller of your personal data. Contact support@ingriddorcak.art for privacy questions.
Orders and delivery
We use your name, contact details, delivery address, selected goods, edition numbers, payment status and order correspondence to fulfil your purchase, provide support and handle returns. The legal basis is performance of the contract and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law (normally ten years); other order information is retained as needed to fulfil the order and address legal claims.
Service providers
Stripe processes card payments. We do not store full card numbers. Relevant delivery information is supplied to the chosen carrier, normally Slovak Post. Our hosting and email providers process data to operate this website and send transaction messages. Provider details will be completed before online purchases open.
Customer service and marketing
We use enquiry information to answer you and retain it only as long as needed for the enquiry and related claims. Newsletter requests are separate from purchases and rely on your consent; you can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@ingriddorcak.art. Subscriptions are recorded; promotional campaigns are not sent automatically by this website.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).
International processing
Some recipients, including Stripe and Google where order copies are delivered to the studio Gmail address, may process information outside the EEA. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider data processing terms must be maintained by the controller.
Essential storage
Your art bag is stored locally in your browser. A necessary, secure session cookie is used only for administrator sign-in. No advertising or analytics cookies are added by this website. Stripe may use its own necessary security technologies on its payment pages.
